Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Fairbanks-Morse 16200646 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Flaton products, including obsoleted and phased-out Force-Control parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Fenner product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Flaton such as the 30DHL spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MS2D2D0A3N manufactured by Force-Control and we are pleased to be able to service most Force-Control systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 6202830 by Manufacturer Fenner as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Falk Brand 07440981060T3135 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Flex-Link such as AlSi121Fe equipment made by Flex-Link have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Flex-Link products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Flex-Link" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 1030G made by Falk as well as the popular 1050FC3A original spares produced by Falk

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 07449861040G by Falk and AlSi121Fe spares by Flex-Link are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 30R3135 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Falk.
